Do you issue crowdfund refunds?
Crowdfunding on JitseLemmens.com is part of the JitseLemmens.com store and we issue refunds ONLY when a project is still running and up to 12 hours before a project ends. We do not issue refunds after the 12-hour period before the end of the project or once the project has ended as this is considered a final sale. When you back a project, you’re supporting JitseLemmens.com/Jitse Lemmens Design’s right to try to make something new—and agreeing to go along for the ride. How to request a refund?
You can request a refund by sending a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the contact page on this site and stating both the Crowdfund Project and amount pledged.
Why did I get a refund without asking for it?
It’s possible that JitseLemmens.com/JitseLemmensDesign will end a project and refund the money pledged. We will inform you beforehand about it and issue the refund after notifying everyone who pledged that project. Refunds issued will be dependent on your financial entity as funds are automatically applied to the card originally pledged with and may take up to 30 days to appear back on the card.
If 30 days have passed and you still have not received your refund, you’ll want to reach out to your bank as a first step and provide them with the refund amount, the date it was issued, and the card details that were used to pledge originally. In instances where the original payment method is no longer valid (i.e., the card has expired or the account has been closed) please consult your bank or financial institution for more information.
