2015 Edition – Heroes
I was called in to create illustrations for the trading card-game released at the International Cartoonfestival Knokke which is currently opening it’s doors.
I was asked to do 45 but went a bit further after some iterations in the assignment. The actual 45 cards will be released to visitors attending the International Cartoonfestival Knokke during it’s run in the summer of 2015.
2014 Edition – Gennies
The theme of the 2014 edition of the Cartoonfestival in Knokke was ‘Genetics’ and after the succes of the Bibtrollies the “Gennies” were introduced. These cards followed the same quartet-like gameplay and featured several genetic marks a person can have.
There were a total of 52 cards brought into production which were given to each visitor upon entry so they could collect them all.
